Senior Buyer

Scope

We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. In this strategic role, you will lead the sourcing and procurement of electronic raw materials, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive cost, quality, and supply performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring supply continuity, supporting business growth, and contributing to the company's operational and sustainability objectives.

Job Description

• Purchases Orders & Daily Follow up of the delivery dates for direct procurement
• Manage Purchase Requisition to the PO reception including negotiation
• Set up Purchases catalog
• Follows up KPI
• Contract Management (Group) in collaboration with contract owners and other buyers
• Keeps ERP updated
• Monitor & Follow Up ESG progress
• Is responsible for electronic equipments direct procurement
• Ensures that delivery times are respected
• Respects workflow approval (workflow approvals regarding amount, destination, sort of good…)
• Ensures that purchase procedure is understood and applied. If necessary, gives feedback to the requestor to explain him/her how to apply the procedure
• Keeps the documentation Sharepoint up to date

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Having electronic market knowledge is a strong asset
• Focus on quality, detail minded, willing to take care of customer point of view
• Excellent team player, challenger and negotiator mindset
• Open for changes and continuous learning
• Capable of executing tasks autonomously, of planning and communicating planning and progress, of getting help where needed
• Shows initiatives, is curious, and communicates well about initiatives
• Good written and verbal communication skills, shares information actively; responds properly, reports on-time; accepts criticism and other opinions, addresses criticism constructively
• Stress resistance; does not give up in crisis situation; does not lose control under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Languages: FR & EN required
• Knowledge and interest for the technological market
