Scope
As Channel Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for growing EVS global revenues and order intake through Channel Partners, based on driving their active participation in our channel program. This will include proactively working with regional Channel Partner Managers and other EVS stakeholder groups including Markets & Solutions, Customer Experience, and Corporate Digital Transformation to evolve and improve our partner marketing communications, portal, certification training, eShop, agreements, and other program elements to increase partner engagement and mutual business impact.
Job Description
- Grow EVS global revenues and order intake through Channel Partners, based on driving their active participation in our channel program.
- Drive EVS website Partner Locator management, interfacing between EVS Marketing and regional Channel Partner Managers, to enlist partner participation and establish a related leads workflow that supports new business opportunities.
- Manage the EVS Partner Portal, working closely with Business Operations and Corporate Digital Transformation teams to enable functionality, and Markets & Solutions teams to optimize structure and content.
- Engage Markets & Solutions and Marketing to provide systematic regular communications to Channel Partners on EVS products, pricing, and program news, which also drives traffic to and usage of the EVS Partner Portal.
- Expand our partner network together with the regional Channel Partner Managers, leveraging our expanding product portfolio, new segment initiatives, and alliance programs to recruit and onboard new partners.
- Define global priorities for Business Partner and Service Partner certification training, working with regional Channel Partner Managers and EVS training providers (Customer Experience, Markets & Solutions, Solution Architects) to grow the number of certified partners and individuals.
- Ensure successful implementation of the EVS eShop, with Channel Partners proactively promoting the eShop to end-customers and growing our mutual business.
- Define, review, and negotiate EVS partner agreements, together with regional Channel Partner Managers and Legal.
- Survey our Channel Partners for feedback to assess the status and perception of our program, and collect their inputs to help us continuously improve it.
- Monitor Channel Partner performance, reviewing with regional Channel Partner Managers action plans to ensure partners are on track to meet or exceed their goals.
- Assess the EVS Channel Program relative to a scorecard of KPIs, providing regular updates to management on performance, with actions / recommendations to ensure that we achieve our goals.
Profile
- 5+ years experience in managing sales-driven programs with channel partners (Systems Integrators and Value Added Resellers), ideally in the broadcast and media industry
- Experience managing a diverse set of channel program elements including partner onboarding, training, certification, marketing, sales tools, pricing, and agreements
- Global/multinational experience working across many head-quarters functions, regional sales teams, and the channel partner networks they engage with
Skills
- Project management including defining, developing, and driving partner programs, working with many stakeholders to deliver on schedule and within budget
- Commercial acumen – understanding channel partner programs, pricing, agreements, and business processes/systems that enable them to function effectively
- Communication skills (verbal and written) to ensure global sales teams and channel partners are aligned and engaged with the latest program directions
- Business fluent English, with additional language(s) an advantage
- Understanding broadcast equipment products, solutions, and services is an advantage
