Scope

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of EVS solutions during the project implementation phase, acting as a key point of contact for clients, and facilitating coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise with project management capabilities to ensure high-quality system deployment and operational readiness.

Project Management: Oversee project planning, stakeholder communication, budget tracking, and on-site solution validation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance, manage service requests, perform system upgrades, and train clients and colleagues on the optimal use of EVS products.

Job Description

Project Manager

Project Manager represents EVS during the project implementation phase ensuring the solution delivery, acting as one of main points of contact for the client and ensuring interfacing between internal and external stakeholders. Ensures the visibility on the project towards the Head of Global Project Management.

  • Assist during the pre-sales phase by defining project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring timeframes are met and deliverables align with business needs.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including customers, providers, subcontractors, and internal teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Prepare budget estimations and oversee financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and participate in the validation, installation, and acceptance of customer solutions both in-house and at client sites.
  • Provide on-site support during implementation phases and ensure operational readiness for go-live.
  • Oversee activities during project start-up and ensure smooth handovers to support teams.
  • Inform the key stakeholders on time 


 Technical Support and Operations (System Engineer)

  • Manage - during implementation phase - customer service requests, including incidents, change requests, and repairs, prioritizing appropriately and ensuring timely service restoration.
  • Provide local technical support via phone, email, or on-site for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of EVS products such as LiveCeption and MediaCeption.
  • Participate in technical interventions, including system upgrades, configuration changes, preventive maintenance, and on-site support.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to the Global Support team when required.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base entries to ensure clear and accurate support resources.
  • Train and guide colleagues and clients on system configuration and best practices for using EVS products. 

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  •  At least 3 years of experience in broadcasting systems and/or project management.
  • Technical expertise with EVS products, including both hardware and software (LiveCeption and MediaCeption).
  • Knowledge of IP and SDI broadcasting technologies.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including remote and on-site interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical incidents.
  • Effective documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with support escalation workflows and tools such as D365 and Confluence.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL) are a plus.
