Scope

As a Solutions Architect, you will manage pre sales and consultancy activities for EVS Prodcuts, specifically T-Motion solutions in close coordination with the Sales teams. This includes drafting system designs, Bills of Materials, quotations, and providing technical support to complete sales proposals. The Consultancy Team is responsible for proposing technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are validated by key customer technical decision makers. In this role, you will also act as a customer facing expert, providing structured market feedback, demonstrations and practical insights to the Market and Solutions Team to support product strategy and solution evolution. 

Job Description

  • Manage pre-sales activities in close coordination with the Sales teams, including support for T Motion solutions following the acquisition of Telemetrics and XD Motion

  • Draft system designs, Bills of Materials, and quotations, and provide technical support to complete sales proposals

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Key Account Plans in collaboration with the relevant Sales Account Managers

  • Create and deliver responses to RFx requests in accordance with defined internal processes

  • Manage the handover of sold systems to the PMO and Support teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Elaborate, refine, and enhance solutions based on customer requirements and operational constraints

  • Anticipate and plan project phases in conjunction with the PMO to ensure realistic delivery timelines

  • Work directly with customers to define and validate system architectures

  • Support customers during the operational and technical go-live phase of delivered systems

  • Represent EVS at internal and external customer-facing events

  • Participate in public engagements including industry events, tradeshows, panels, and customer presentations

  • Identify and address informational gaps regarding competitors, market positioning, and EVS user cases

  • Provide structured and detailed feedback to the Markets and Solutions teams on market trends and customer needs

  • Organize and deliver product demonstrations, both remotely and on customer premises

  • Maintain, operate, and continuously improve local and regional demo systems and setups

Profile

This role includes pre-sales responsibilities for T-Motion, following EVS’s recent acquisition of Telemetrics and XD Motion. The position supports sales by translating customer requirements into technically sound, scalable, and commercially viable solutions across broadcast, motion control, and virtual production environments.

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong infrastructure and IP networking knowledge with proven solution-selling experience

  • Proven leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to discuss business requirements and present solution designs to both customers and internal teams

  • Strong background in broadcast production technologies with cloud experience

  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities across motion control, robotics, and virtual or augmented production workflows

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong presentation skills

  • Strong computer skills including CRM systems, Visio, and Microsoft Office 365

  • Highly autonomous with a high degree of flexibility

  • Proven ability to work closely with customers to capture, document, and translate business requirements in support of the sales process

  • Ability to think outside the box and develop creative, practical solutions

Languages

  • Fluent in English
