Scope

As a Sales Development Representative you are focused on supporting the sales department globally with internal sales related activities. This includes sales on outreach, prospecting, quotes preparation, small quotes and lead qualification.

Job Description

  • SLA Contract Renewal [Main Focus]
  • Develop and Manage SLAs: 
  1. Create, negotiate, and manage SLAs with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of service expectations. 
  2. Initiate the renewal process and gather all necessary information to create an overview for the customer.
  3. Engage with the sale of the SLA offer.
  • Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and the company regarding SLA-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Continuous improvements:
    • Generate regular reports to determine areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with SLA Manager to ensure needs and requirements are proactively communicated
  • Lead Management
    • Generate qualified leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
    • Contact & qualify potential customers
    • Represent EVS' products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how solutions meet customer needs
  • Small Quotes
    • Support Sales colleagues with small quotes activities
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage your sales activities

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field, or at least 3 years’ experience
  • Strong communication skills (Active Listening)
  • Sales spirit & Customer oriented approach
  • Work autonomously without supervision but as part of a team
  • Open minded 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Time Management & organizational skills

Asset

  • Knowledge in our customer relationship management (CRM) D365 software
  • Have a technical/broadcast background.

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset
