Scope

The Audiovisual Production Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of audiovisual production projects. The role ensures that all stages of production are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the expected quality standards. Acting as a central coordination point between technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, the Audiovisual Production Manager oversees operational, technical, and logistical aspects to ensure smooth project delivery.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage complex production environments, and a solid understanding of audiovisual production workflows and technical requirements.

Job Description

  • Oversee the overall management of audiovisual productions, including planning, scheduling, on-site organization, and monitoring of the project through to final delivery.
  • Prepare, monitor, and adjust production budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate production activities with internal teams, technical crews, and external service providers to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, including negotiation of contracts and coordination of deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, including filming permits, risk prevention plans, and coordination with relevant control authorities.
  • Supervise technical and logistical aspects of productions such as equipment management, installation on site, and coordination of technical teams and audiovisual service providers.
  • Monitor production progress, anticipate potential risks or operational challenges, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure that the final audiovisual deliverables meet the expected technical and creative specifications.
