Scope
As a UX/UI Designer, you are in charge of defining all the user interactions with EVS products, services, and global ecosystem. You have to manage or collaborate to a variety of user-centric activities such as user research and ideation workshops, user flow, prototyping, user testing etc. The UX/UI Designer also guarantees consistency between all EVS products for usability, UI design and design system, and functional aspects. You are part of a transversal UX/UI team interacting with different departments of the company, advocating for a UX-driven approach in an agile environment.
Job Description
- Understand
- Participate and report on UX research activities
- Define and ensure consistent customer/user journey mapping
- Contribute to customers/users interviews and workshops facilitation
- Explore
- Interact and collaborate with the Products teams, Product owners and the different stakeholders
- Contribute to and maintain design guidelines and design system
- Collaborate to new concepts ideation and features framing
- Build iterative wireframes and functional prototypes
- Evaluate
- Collaborate with user community teams
- User test interfaces and user flows
- Challenge concepts and recommend improvements based on user’s feedback
- Collaborate
- With the appropriate UX mindset, evangelize and accompany the different products teams for a user-centered digital approach
- Interact with all products and solutions stakeholders (users, clients, Solution Managers, Product Owners, R&D, QC, and Technical Writers)
Profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a UX/UI designer position
- Experience in the video and/or broadcast/media industry is a plus
Technical skills
- Expertise in standard UX/UI software such as Sketch or Figma is a must
- Very good knowledge of UX/UI design laws and principles
- UX/UI design certification is a plus
Soft skills
- Able to advocate users’ needs, but also to understand business requirements and market drivers
- You feel at ease to interview or question end users in their context
- Able to catch a high-level view across a product line or analyze UX architecture in a product user flow
- You collaborate closely with other team members, you are able to adapt your communication prism to multiple stakeholders from various business departments

Languages :
- Fluent in English and in French
- Working knowledge of another language is an asset
