Scope

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as a Product Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EVS sales models across a set of tools, including the Product Catalog (CPC), CPQ (quoting tool), licensing tool, eShop and ERP systems. At the request of the Product or Solution Managers, you will model, adapt, and implement sales models, and conduct end-to-end workflow testing with various stakeholders. At the request of purchase or R&D you will create items and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
For each new implementation or modification, you will take into account stakeholder requirements as well as the constraints and limitations of our tools, in order to propose the most appropriate solutions.
You will collaborate primarily with the following teams: Solution & Product Managers, Product Owners, R&D, Finance, Business Operations, and Business Analysts.

Job Description

  • Define and maintain the product catalog structure and sales models in collaboration with Product and Solution Managers.
  • Ensure standardized workflows from quote to invoice, with consistent naming conventions and accurate configuration tools.
  • Administer licenses via the VIA Licensing tool, define product and feature attributes, and advise on new licensing setups.
  • Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), consolidate supplier data, and ensure data consistency across departments.
  • Serve as the key user for the "Design to Retire" process, managing product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life.
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing of sales workflows (quoting, ordering, manufacturing, invoicing, delivery) with cross-functional teams.
  • Guide Product/Solution Managers in finalizing their sales models in line with company guidelines and policies.
  • Implement sales models within the Product Catalog in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and test licensing models within the licensing system.
  • Create and maintain items in the ERP system, including flat BOMs, complex boxes, configurable items, bundles, software, services, and virtual machines.
  • Create and maintain items in the Sentinel EMS licensing tool
  • Create and maintain items in the eShop
  • Regularly update product modeling to reflect new requirements and ensure consistency.
  • Organize and participate in end-to-end workflow testing sessions.
  • Maintain the product catalog in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Document procedures and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during tool implementations (e.g., new ERP system, software licensing tools, etc.).

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills

  • Strong interest in business tools and digital processes.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, CRM, ERP, and licensing systems is an asset.
  • Good understanding of product lifecycle management and structured data models.
  • Experience with low code development platforms is a plus.
