Scope
The Project Management Head is responsible for leading the delivery of customer broadcast systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and EVS project management standards. The role emphasizes people management, the transformation of existing processes, and adherence to defined PMO standards and frameworks. The ideal candidate will act as a team motivator and leader, fostering collaboration across PM units and departments while maintaining discipline and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
Strategic and Operational Project Management:
- Manage and deliver strategic and key programs/projects in alignment with PMO standards.
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects/programs while adhering to organizational requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring successful execution and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure projects align with pre-defined processes, standards, and practices, avoiding unnecessary new development.
Process Adherence and Improvement:
- Follow and enforce PMO routines, standards, and governance practices.
- Maintain and enhance PMO documentation, templates, checklists, and procedures.
- Coordinate the adoption of optimized processes and ensure their effective integration into day-to-day activities.
- Conduct training for team members on PMO standards, fostering compliance and consistency.
People and Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and guide project teams, including virtual teams and engineers, ensuring productivity and engagement.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within the PMO.
- Enhance team performance by fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and building team spirit.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate between project priorities when required.
Stakeholder Management:
- Represent the PMO across departments and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Build and maintain connections with customers, providers, subcontractors, and internal colleagues throughout all project phases.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with key stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
Project Delivery:
- Oversee the development, validation, installation, and acceptance of customer solutions both on-site and in factory environments.
- Coordinate project start-up activities and ensure smooth handover to support teams.
- Drive operational readiness by delivering customer documentation and coordinating solution training.
- Ensure go-live readiness and provide post-implementation support as needed.
PMO Governance and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on PMO activities, including KPIs, project statuses, and budget adherence.
- Participate in global PMO follow-ups with regional teams (APAC, NALA, EMEA).
- Provide insights on project performance and governance through regular reports and analyses.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure adherence to established PMO processes and defined frameworks.
- Drive project communication and problem-solving, fostering alignment across teams.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards, templates, and checklists.
- Optimize resource allocation and track performance through established KPIs.
- Manage project-related procurement in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
Profile
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Min 5 years of experience in the Broadcast area or Project Management
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong people management skills, including team building and conflict resolution.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and discipline in high-pressure environments.

Languages :
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
