Scope

We are looking for a Global Training Operations Officer to ensure the smooth, consistent, and efficient execution of our end-to-end Training Request-to-Delivery process.

This role focuses on product and solution-related training (for customers, freelancers, partners, and internal teams), supporting global coordination and hands-on execution while ensuring operational excellence across regions.

Job Description

Planning, Scheduling & Logistics

  • Manage the end-to-end organization of global and cross-regional training sessions for internal and external audiences
    • Participant registration and tracking
    • Session scheduling and trainer assignment
    • Communication with attendees (invitations, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate training logistics, including rooms booking in collaboration with local teams
  • Forecast training demand for freelancers and optimize planning based on resource availability

Communication & Collaboration

  • Support clear communication on training logistics, course availability, and process updates
  • Facilitate regular alignment meetings with regional training operations teams
  • Coordinate closely with the LMS Manager to ensure smooth course setup and registration flows

Contractor Trainer Coordination

  • Manage administrative follow-up for external trainers (payments, travel arrangements and logistics)
  • Support onboarding and integration of contractor trainers
  • Act as a liaison between trainers, delivery manager, and regional teams

Global Coordination & Standardization

  • Define and implement global processes, templates, and guidelines for training operations
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across regions
  • Collaborate with local teams on scheduling, logistics, and reporting standards

Profile

  • Experience in a global, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong end-to-end process management mindset
  • Ideally experience in training operations, or project coordination

Technical Skills

  • Strong ability to manage calendars, sessions and resource allocation
  • Basic knowledge of budget monitoring, invoicing and cost tracking
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint or similar
  • Data-driven and process minded.  

Soft Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple training sessions, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ensures accuracy in scheduling, communications, and reporting
  • Clear, professional communication with global stakeholders (written and verbal)
  • Works effectively across regions, functions, and seniority levels
  • Proactively identifies issues and proposes practical solutions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
  • Focus on delivering a seamless and positive learner experience

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • French or knowledge in any other language is an asset
