Our mission as a Corporate Transformation Team is to sustain EVS activities by deploying Business process management, managing corporate applications, structuring, and managing corporate data.    
The Business Process analyst's role is to work in collaboration with the Business program manager to support the Business Process Management throughout the company. 

Job Description

The Business Process Analyst reports to the Business Program Manager.

He/she will process Modelling & Analysis: 

  • Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze support  AS IS processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design and define TO BE processes
  • Provide advice/guidance to process owners and experts
  • Review processes prior to publication to ensure they follow agreed standards
  • Challenge the AS IS and TO BE to improve efficiency
  • Design clear and effective business process flows to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization

Process Framework & Methodology

  • Create and maintain a consistent Process architecture and manage process dependencies
  • Collaborate in writing and maintaining process standards and process creation rulebook
  • Communicate actively process standards updates to Process Owners and Process Experts

Process knowledge & Ability

  • Prepare high-quality materials for BPM topics
  • Deliver training to Process Owners, Process Experts, and Process users
  • Ensure onboarding materials for new comers are relevant and up-to-date
  • Support the onboarding of new comers

Change management

  • Conducting impact mapping to identify changes affecting teams, roles, tools, and processes.
  • Performing stakeholder analysis to understand influence, expectations, risks, and communication needs.
  • Advising Project Managers on change management strategy, including:
    • key messages and communication plan,
    • training approach and learning needs,
    • support actions to increase adoption of new processes.
  • Monitoring readiness, adoption, feedback, and resistance points during rollout.
  • Helping ensure that process changes are understood, accepted, and integrated into day-to-day operations. 

System Administration

  • Follow up Signavio releases,  identify improvements that could benefit EVS and communicate them to the appropriate audience
  • Manage Signavio users and security setup
  • Manage process group structure and group stakeholders
  • Provide answers to technical queries & liaise with Signavio for assistance

Communication

  • Support BPM awareness and adoption across the organization
  • Contribute to internal communication activities related to BPM
  • Help maintain BPM SharePoint pages and documentation

Profile

Qualifications and experience 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field with a focus on business process management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business process mapping and workflow design.
  • Effective experience in change management is a significant asset.
  • BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma and PROSCI certification are a plus.  
  • Experience in ISO certifications is an asset.  

Technical Skills 

  • Strong capability in analyzing and improving process efficiency.
  • Ability to process and analyze data, extract actionable insights, and build effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of process mining is a plus.
  • Change Management literacy, including experience with:
    • impact analysis & readiness assessment,
    • stakeholder analysis & engagement planning,
    • communication & training needs assessment,
    • adoption monitoring and resistance management.  

Soft Skills 

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, challenge requests constructively, and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Positive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in French & English
