Scope

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of customer-facing video production environment (IP 2110 or SDI based), media technology, and platform implementation projects in line with customer requirements, business objectives, and established project management standards.

We are seeking a strong Project Manager with a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technology deployments.

This role serves as a primary driver throughout the project lifecycle, planning the overall project, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and operational readiness. While experience in broadcast or media environments is beneficial, it is not required.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, resilience, discipline, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities. This individual must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and customer C-level teams, and be capable of managing critical issues and escalations through to resolution.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from initiation through go-live and handoff to support teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers during the project implementation phase.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business and customer requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans while ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, support, product owners, third parties, and customers to coordinate project activities and resources.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities by reviewing technical proposals, contributing implementation estimates, and supporting customer discussions when required.
  • Provide budgetary estimates and monitor project expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
  • When applicable, track solution development, validation, testing, deployment, customer acceptance, and production readiness activities.
  • Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations to customers and internal leadership teams.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely communication, stakeholder alignment, mitigation planning, and resolution.
  • Escalate project risks and issues appropriately while providing clear recommendations and recovery plans.
  • Produce project documentation, implementation plans, risk assessments, status reports, and customer-facing deliverables.
  • Support customer implementation activities including testing coordination, workflow reviews, consultations, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure successful go-live execution, operational readiness, user training coordination, and delivery of required documentation.
  • Coordinate transition activities and formal handover to support and operations teams following project completion.

Profile

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology-focused projects.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand software platforms, system integrations, cloud services, networking concepts, and technical workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing project escalations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder expectations in complex delivery environments.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, resource planning, and project reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Experience using project planning and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  • Familiarities with PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors, subcontractors, and external implementation partners.

Languages : 

  • Fluent in English. 
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Offered salary : from $92000 + variable compensation (+ depending on experience).
